Youth participants between the ages of 13 and 18 should only perform exercises or training activities under appropriate supervision from a qualified coach, instructor, parent, or guardian.

6. Subscription & Access

a. Subscription Model

• Access to content is provided on a month-to-month subscription basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle

b. Access Rights

• Users may access subscribed video content as frequently as desired during an active subscription
• Users may download applicable materials on a one-time basis

c. Termination of Access

• Upon cancellation of subscription, or non-payment, access to all content will immediately cease
• Any previously applied discounts or promotional pricing will not be reinstated upon re-subscription

7. Payments & Billing

a. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

b. Billing Terms

• Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis
• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method

d. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a subscription, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

8. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• Knowledge assessments and certifications of completion

Content is created and delivered by professional coaches, and subject matter experts, including an Olympic medalist, coaches to Olympic and World Championships and recognized leaders in Sports Sciences and gymnastics.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, software, videos, materials, branding, and course structures, is the property of Gymnastics University or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display content
• Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Download, record, or redistribute video content beyond permitted use

Anti-Piracy & Account Sharing
